your right, the actual way to punch which was taught by a real master (bruce lee) is to have ur fingers spread and palms faced down, then clench your fist at the moment of impact.

His fist is so loose as he punches - if he actually had to hit something he would really hurt his hand and wrist - especially as he tilts his hand downwards - what an amateur - if this is the crap he is teaching then I pity his students - they are wasting their time!
