Unless this is for training Olympic style...there is way too much using the Iliopsoas muscle, whereas instead the hip should actually come around a little more and just before the snap of the leg add a very small flex of the Iliopsoas. Done properly the power of the kick will be substantially greater. Done as in this video it is more of a Olympic style kick...and in training I would start with less use of the Iliopsoas and more use of hip rotation, then once mastered train this style as well to have the ability to do it either way based on situation.
